Terms and Conditions of 75ggg – Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform 75ggg, available at https://75ggg.net, by anyone who registers and uses the online casino, Sports Betting, poker, blackjack, Live Casino, and other entertainment services available on the platform.

By completing registration on the 75ggg and confirm acceptance of these Terms — by checking the consent box on the registration form — the user expressly declares that they have read, understood, and agree to all provisions contained herein, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of each promotion published by the platform.

The 75ggg reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with prior notice to the user via an in-platform notification and, where applicable, to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes implied acceptance of the new terms.

To use the services of 75ggg, the user must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration is free and is available only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Be an individual residing in Brazil;
• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Not be enrolled in any national or platform self-exclusion program;
• Not have a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 75ggg. Creating multiple accounts under the same holder — whether using the same CPF or different documents — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, forfeiture of bonus balances, and possible suspension of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. The 75ggg is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

The 75ggg follows identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" — KYC) in compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable to the Brazilian online entertainment market. Verification may be requested at any time but is mandatory before the user's first withdrawal is processed.

Documents that may be requested during the verification process include:

Pix deposits are credited to the user's account within seconds of payment confirmation. Boleto deposits are credited after bank clearance. Card deposits are subject to the card issuer's approval and may take up to 24 hours to appear in the available balance.

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and timeframes:

• The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00;
• Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 30 seconds for amounts within the daily automatic limit;
• Withdrawals above the automatic limit are processed manually within up to 24 business hours;

The 75ggg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals of large amounts or in situations where account usage patterns show signs of suspicious activity. In such cases, the processing timeframe may be extended until the review is complete, with notification sent to the user by email.

The 75ggg offers periodic bonuses and promotions to registered players, subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of each offer. The general rules that apply to all platform bonuses are:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (the betting volume needed to unlock withdrawals) that is explicitly stated in the promotion description;
• The rollover must be completed within the bonus validity period, starting from the date the bonus is credited to the account;
• Cancelled bets, bets on suspicious matches, or markets with odds below 1.50 (for Sports Betting) do not count toward the rollover requirement;

The user agrees to use the 75ggg lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit;
• Session loss limit: the session is automatically closed when the limit is reached;
• Maximum session time: set how many hours per day you want to play;
• Cooling-off period: temporary pause ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, with the option to extend;
• Temporary self-exclusion: from 1 month to 1 year, with full access and deposit restrictions;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure at the user's own request.
